September 26-7, 2015, Prescott-
More doggerel, as my schedule has been hectic, of late:
I read the words of love and caution
Warding me from onward rushing.
Despite the hint of harshness
Your honesty dispels much darkness.
A walk around town cleared my head
Know that your words will never bring dread.
These words spring from a couple of conversations with young people whom I love dearly.
I rush onwards unwarned by others.

I make my plans without consultation for the most part. It’s rare someone knows what I am up to until it happens or has happened. I do tell park rangers when I’m going off alone on a strenuous hike.
