I am resident of Prescott, AZ, am 67 years of age, am widowed, work as a Teacher Assistant, at Prescott High School, and am an active member of the Baha’i Faith. My family and friends mean the world to me, so I am off and running TOWARDS people and places, frequently. It’s also easy to come home, as Prescott, or anywhere I live, has lots to offer.
I enjoy hiking, architectural walks, cooking, reading and listening to music, both recorded (Pandora and Sirius XM) and live. I also enjoy hearing and contemplating the thoughts of others, so I hope you visit frequently!
Namaste, Blessings and Harmony,
Gary

I am not sure why I haven’t read this before, considering you are one of the most frequent commenters on my blog! Nice to know a little more about you! My brother and sister in law are Baha’i, as well. Thank you for your encouragement and diligence!

I have a brief question about the friends you mentioned who host a drum circle. Is that something that you can correspond with me about? or could you give me contact info for them? We are starting some in our area and wanted to get some advice/insights. Thanks.

Surely, my e-mail is grboivin@gmail.com. I will run your request by the organizers of the drum circle and hopefully put you in touch with them, as well.

Hi, we just purchased a second home in Tucson and are starting the snowbird life (Redmond Washington residents too). We love the rock climbing, running and cycling weather in AZ! Great to have connected with you 🙂

Good morning Gary, now I finally know your name. For several years I was close friends with a girl of the Baha’i Faith. They have a large congregation and church in Chicago.

Yes, our House of Worship, in Wilmette, is the oldest Baha’i temple still extant. An older one was built, in what is now Turkmenistan, but was seized by Joszef Stalin, in the 1930’s. It was later destroyed in an earthquake.

Thank you. I began blogging on Xanga, in 2008, whilst I was my wife’s primary caregiver. I needed a constructive outlet for all that I was feeling and thinking. I also needed to begin a network for the looming day when she would be gone and our son would be out of the house and on his own. Xanga folded, more or less, in 2011, the year Penny passed and son, Aram, entered the U.S. Navy. I found that Word Press, first with a free blog site and then a paid site where I could have unlimited storage for my photos, was a fine place to park. Ritghteous Bruin became Sagitarrian Seeker, about a year ago.
