ME:  This is a repost.  I see a lot of people tossing around the greeting “my  love”, and not meaning it in the least.  I take my friendships and feelings towards others, very seriously, very deeply.  Think about this, people.  Who are you helping, or hurting?

  3. I never felt deep emotions except with my father. I don’t know if this seems cliche, but engaging in deep emotions with other people is a rare thing, rarer than people think. Even many people who who marry, marry out of superficial adoration, social conformity, or sexual satisfaction, but rarely deep authentic love.

  5. You’re right. This is something to think about. I wonder… those who have never been called “love” or experienced it… how would it make them feel? If I reach out to a stranger in that position and called them “my love”, would that help? Would it make them feel special… catch them off guard or be weird and off putting. My true love knows my love. My friends know my love but that one person that sees my love, notices it, hears it, experiences the example… well they might just learn from it.

    Love is love and each one that hears it from me, knows their place in my heart.
